Withdrawal
A parent desiring withdrawal of the student from the school will have to give one month’s notice in writing or one month’s fee in lieu thereof. A transfer certificate will be issued only when dues, if any, are cleared and the withdrawal notice has been received in writing.
Withdrawal
A month’s notice in writing or one month’s fee in lieu thereof must be given if a parent intends to withdraw his/her ward. Only after all the dues are cleared will the school leaving certificate be issued
Re-Admission
Re-admission is not granted.
In exceptional cases, re-admission of the child will be the sole discretion of the principal on payment of readmission fee as per rules/discretion of the Principal.
Code of Conduct for Students
- Every student shall be governed by the code of conduct. The following acts shall constitute breach of code of conduct.
- Habitual late coming and negligence in the class.
- Use of abusive language, quarrelsome and unseemly behaviour.
- Insubordination and defiance of lawful order.
- Disrespectful behaviour, rumour-mongering and character assassination.
- Making false accusations and/or assault either provoked or otherwise.
- Use of chewing gum or narcotics on the school premises.
- Mutilation of school records.
- Indulging in or encouraging any form of malpractice connected with examination or other school activities.
- Obstructing class-fellow or other members from lawful duties and indulging in any sort of agitation to coerce or embarrass the school authorities.
- Carrying on personal monetary transactions among themselves and/or with the parents.
- Absenting from class even though present on the school premises.
- Possession of explosives and other objectionable material on the school premises.
- Non usage of English language barring Hindi and Sanskrit Periods.
- Coming to school by self-driven powered vehicles. Only bicycles are allowed after seeking prior written permission from the Principal.
- Bullying of juniors by seniors.
Termination Grounds
- Gross indiscipline
- Unsatisfactory progress in studies.
- More than one year’s detention in the same class.
- Non Payment of fee as per specifications.
- Shortage of attendance by more than 25% during the academic year.
- Use of unfair means during Tests/Examinations.
- Any other reason as may be deemed fit by the Principal.
