Breach of School Discipline

Any student found guilty of a serious breach of discipline will be summarily expelled from the school without any liability on the part of the institute.
In case of any legal involvement with the school, either by the student or by his/her parent/ guardian, to safeguard the interests of other students and to maintain a healthy atmosphere in the school, the school authorities reserve the right to cancel the admission of the concerned student without any prior notice and the entire fee paid during the academic year shall be forfeited and even the entry of the child/parents will be restricted. 

The following shall constitute the breach of school discipline:

  • Misconduct and moral turpitude.
  • Nonpayment of school dues.
  • Non adherence to school rules and regulations.
  • Failing twice in the same class.
  • Continuous absence for a fortnight without proper sanction of leave.
  • Damage to the school property.
  • Use of foul or abusive language.

General School Discipline Rule

  1.  All students must come to the school in time.
    2.  The bell before the assembly is a signal for the students to go to the assembly. As soon as they are back in their classes, the students should get their books and note books ready for the first period. They should also maintain perfect discipline. 
  2.  Change of classroom between periods should be done in silence and in an orderly manner with class out pass.
  3.  The boys should get their hair cut at regular intervals. Coloring/ Dyeing hair and wearing of ear pins/rings is strictly prohibited.
  4.  Shouting or whistling is not allowed in or around the school building. 
  5.  Other than text books or library books, no books, magazines or papers should be brought to the school without prior permission of the Principal.
  6.  It is not advisable to bring to school valuable articles like expensive watches, fountain pens, transistors, radios, tape recorders, camera, mobile phones or any electronic gadgets and jewelry etc. The school is not responsible for any article lost. Lending or borrowing of money or valuable articles is strictly prohibited. In case of any loss, the school will not be responsible. 
  7.  Care must be taken of the school property and no one is allowed to scratch or spoil the desks and chairs or damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on the walls or in any way damage any article belonging to others.
  8.  Damage done even by accident or mistake should be reported immediately to the class teacher, class captain or to the Principal/Vice-Principal/ Headmaster/Headmistress.
  9.  Any damage done to the school property will be made good by the concerned student together with a fine money imposed for such an offence.
  10.  Any student who notices something damaged should report to the teacher even if he/she does not know who has done it.
  11.  No student should bring any weapon or sharp articles to the school
  12.  No student is allowed to enter/come to school on a motorcycle or scooter. Students coming to school by bicycle should refrain from double or triple riding. Students must not ride the bicycle in the school compound.
  13.  Students who come to school under the care of guardians/servants/rickshaw pullers should never leave the school before they arrive to take them back. In case of delay, they should report to the school office.
  14.  Those who commute alone must never roam around on the way but return to home straight without delay.
  15.  Students are warned not to buy any eatable from the street vendors.
  16.  Students should be very polite wherever they go. They should always remember that the school is judged by their behaviour and conduct. Use of abusive language/passing filthy or vulgar comments will invite stern action immediately.
  17.  All students should greet their teachers whenever they meet them. No student should use any foul language against any teacher, visitor or guest of the school.
  18.  Bringing fireworks/bursting or extending any kind of support for exploding crackers or splashing water or colour in the school premises or outside in the vicinity of the school is strictly prohibited, even during festival time. Non-compliance of these instructions can result in expulsion from the school. 
  19.  During periods no student is allowed to leave the class without valid outpass. Outing in 1st, 4th, 5th and 8th periods is not allowed. 
  20.  All school appointees should wear their respective badges daily.
  21.  Students must come to school in neat and clean uniform only. This rule applies even when they come to school for any purpose other than attending classes or even after school hours. Scribbling on uniform or its improper wearing is punishable. 
  22.  It is compulsory for students to wear lab coat/apron during practical periods in Chemistry/H.Sc.Lab.
    24. Photograph in school uniform only will be accepted for attestation, use in Identity Card or to be printed in the School Bulletin. 
  23. No student is allowed to visit the canteen during the periods. 
  24. Any kind of gathering/celebration in the classroom/canteen or anywhere in or around school campus is not allowed.

Attendance

  • We encourage punctuality and regularity. A child with 100% attendance is given a citation on Annual Result Declaration Day.
  • A continuous absence of 15 days or irregularity will get the name struck off from the school rolls. No leave will be sanctioned during the examination.

School Uniform

School has a prescribed uniform to be put on at all the time, when the child attends the school. Any violation will be taken as indiscipline and the child may be turned out of the school for the day or fined a penalty of Rs. 100/- for such a violation. A repeated violation will be considered willful disobedience and the child may be rusticated/expelled from the school.

School Dues

School tuition fee is to be paid on a quarterly basis before the 15th of every first month of the set. Defaults in payment will be treated as follows:

16 day of the month to 20 day

Reminder of school fee to parents

21 day to 25 day

Registered notice to parents from school

26 day to the last day of the First month

Child name struck off

If the dues are not received till the last day of the First month, the name of child will automatically get struck off.

Withdrawals

When a child is admitted in the school, parents who desire to withdraw him/her are required to submit in writing at least one month in advance. After the application is received the child will be issued with a school T C on clearance of various dues of different faculties including the school dues.  

Re-admission

When the name of the student is struck off the rolls for any reason, whatsoever, the parents will have to seek readmission if they are interested in it.
